Hi I am an international researcher working in Mass since March 2023 and I am filing tax for the first time. I have insurance through ISO Health Insurance as suggested by my employer. They do not provide a 1099 form and have stated they are not ACA compliant but I am unsure how to determine if they are meet MCC. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
