MA. OVER 65 DEDUCTION

I am not sure which deduction or credit you are referring to.

1. Circuit Breaker Tax Credit - this is in the MA interview.

2. "You are allowed an additional $700 exemption if you were age 65 or over before January 1, 2024. " - this will almost certainly be implemented by TurboTax automatically when it notices your age.

3. "Senior citizens in Massachusetts may be eligible to claim a refundable credit on their state income taxes for the real estate taxes they paid on the Massachusetts residential property they own or rent and which they occupy as their principal residence. The maximum credit allowed is $2,590 for the tax year beginning January 1, 2023." - this will be found in the MA interview.
