Contacted Turbotax Helpdesk.  Walked through the system numerous times.  No help or answers.  Received email advising ticket closed.  Tried system again.  No dice.

You should have received $2,400 for the first stimulus payment as shown here from the IRS EIP1 page.

We issued payments of $1,200 ($2,400 for a joint return) to individuals whose adjusted gross income (AGI) did not exceed:

  • $150,000  if married and filing a joint return
  • $112,500 if filing as  head of household or
  • $75,000  for eligible individuals using any other filing status
Payments were  reduced by 5% of  the amount by which your AGI exceeds the applicable threshold above.

You should have received $1,200 for the second stimulus payment for married filing jointly as shown on the IRS EIP2 page

.

The third stimulus is not paid in full when the first payment is made and is not included on the tax return.
