Maryland local tax not calculating correctly

My local tax rate is 2.81% (Anne Arundel County). TurboTax calculated a rate of 2.785%.

Anne Arundel has a blended rate, that is a mixture of 0.270% and 0.281%, so it might appear to be 2.785% if you didn't realize that TurboTax had to make a calculation.
