Does anyone know where to find information on what charities are considered "certain qualified charitable entities" by Maryland to qualify for the subtraction on line xx of form 502SU? I don't see anything at marylandtaxes.gov/forms/21_forms/Resident_Booklet.pdf

House Bill 711 defines a qualified charitable entity as a diaper bank, homeless shelter, domestic violence shelter, religious organisation, or other charitable organisation which has registered with the Comptroller as a qualified distributor of diapers or hygiene products.
