MI-1040 is not generating

I'm attempting to print a Michigan return for filing. However, TT is not generating a MI-1040 form. When I attempt to print the return, only the Federal Form Schedule C is printed. When TT reviews the return, Smart Check returns an error that says "Returns with Form MI-1040 not completed for filing are not eligible for electronic filing." That same screen says "The good news is you can still print your Michigan return and file it by mail." This is precisely what I'm attempting to do. However, when I switch from Easy Step to Forms view, the MI-1040 does not show up. This return has a zero balance.
