Military Spouse Nonresident Return Help

I am a military spouse completing a nonresident return for California, because I received some income from a lawsuit settlement from a previous job I had years ago. While completing the return, it is forcing me to fill out form 568 and provide information about my LLC, which is not registered in California and has no income whatsoever associated with that state. How do I delete this form from that return? The answers don't apply to California but I don't see a way around answering.

Yes, try deleting form 568 to see if this will correct the issue.

    1. Log into Turbo Tax
    2. Go to Tax tools in the left navigational pane of your return.
    3. Go to tools
    4. Go to delete a form
    5. Scroll down the list of forms. When you scroll to your CA forms, locate form 568 in your California non-resident return..
    6. Select delete.
    7. Recheck your forms to see if 568 has been deleted.

If you using the software installed on your computer, go to the Forms mode in your return and delete the form directly from there in your Ca returns.
