Missouri

I have a question.  I filed on Turbo tax on 1/22/2020, and both Federal and State were excepted.  I just went onto the State refund section, and they are saying they did not get a tax file for me.  I am confused.

    Please see the below information concerning your state return.  The state may have received your return but they have not started processing it yet:
