Do you recall paying Missouri?  TurboTax programs assist in preparing the return(s), but arrangements for payment to the taxing authorities are up to the taxpayer.

Look back at your 2017 state tax return to see how you elected to pay your taxes.  You may also have a record in a check register or bank statement.  You'll need to show documentation to the state if you did, in fact, make payment.  It's possible that they're incorrect, but the burden of proof is on you.

Your only proof is your own bank/credit card records showing that you paid the state.  Hopefully you did not make the mistake of thinking the state was being paid from your federal refund, since that is impossible.
