MN Marriage credit

I don't think the MN return is calculating the marriage credit correctly.  I meet all 4 criteria to claim, and I am unable.  How does this get fixed?

    The state does list 4 criteria to qualify - see here.

     

    However, the state's form M1MA is more complex than that. I encourage to go to the state's M1MA form and complete it manually to see if you discover why TurboTax did what it did.
