When will Missouri Tax form MO-A be updated? Part 3 - Section A "Public Pension Calculation" has been amended for 2024 and the form in TurboTax does not show the updated form. Hence it is giving incorrect calculations.

I will answer my own question. Form MO-A is scheduled to be updated on 1-30-24.

MO-A is broken after the update.  It's not totaling the exemption amounts applying $0 to MO-1040

You are correct. MO-A is broken and does not properly add results from Section A, line 5, Section B, line 9 and Section C, line 4 into Section D (Total Exemption). As a result the amount transferred to MO-1040, line 8 can be incorrect. I hope turbotax fixes this or there may be thousands of users (especially ones with public or private pensions) that will file inaccurate Missouri returns. I told turbotax about this but no idea if they will do anything. Meanwhile, I will have to look to use a different tax software vendor for my return.

Seems Turbo tax released an update today (Feb 6th) that fixed the MO-A form calculations.

it isn't fixed though, because I went in and fixed the error it had me fix and my return still is getting rejected. Just the State return, and I re-run the accuracy check and tt says there are no errors, yet the state return continues to reject.

I'm not aware of this being fixed yet. Here is an FAQ: Why is Form MO-A Section D calculating incorrectly? You can sign up here for updates.

I installed the update today and the calculation changed to dramatically increase my refund.  However, Missouri is still rejecting my attempts to e-file 3 times.  I have attempted additional updates, and even went back in and re-entered my state return information and it is still rejected.  Apparently, Turbo tax has fixed the calculation but has not fixed the problem of being able to e-file with the state of Missouri.
