Motor Vehicle Tax Credit 2023

I did not buy a new car in 2023.  I cannot get passed the Motor Vehicle Tax Credit section of Turbo Tax.  Any solutions?  Turbo Tax people, where are you?

    Are you referring the Electric Vehicle Tax Credit?  If so, delete the Form 8936

     

    Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

    Click on Tools

    Click on Delete a form

     

    If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions -

    Click on Forms.  When in forms mode locate the Form 8936 on left side of the program screen.  Click to open the form and scroll down and click on Delete Form
