Question

Moved from NYC to long island in march, 2019. Can I get my NYC taxes refunded? Turbo tax is asking me to deliniate what percentage of taxes do I want to pay to NYC. So confused.

    You may be able to have some of the withheld taxes refunded. 

    Since you lived in New York City for only part of the year, you'll need to count the actual number of days you lived and worked there.
