Question

Moved from state 1 to state 2 then back to state 1. How to report in turbo tax

It only allows for to and from dates not a second entry for
State 1

You will till file Part-Year Resident for both states regardless. 

I suggest you add the months up for State One and enter that way in case the program counts days (however I do not believe it does).

So if you moved out end of April (4 months) then moved back in beginning of October (3 months) enter as if you lived in State One for 7 months (so moved out end of July).
