Moved out of California in 2024

I moved to Nevada in September 2024. I paid California taxes out of my retirement while I was living there for 9 months. I do not have any property or ties to California. I have a Nevada license and I vote in Nevada. Do I file a California state tax return? If so will I get my money back or owe for the months that I didn’t pay after I moved?

If you lived in CA for part of 2024, then when it is time to prepare 2024 tax returns, you will prepare and file a part-year CA return for the months when you lived in CA and had income in CA.   NV does not have a state income tax so you will not file any sort of NV return.
