Moving to different state to work from home

I've been living and working in Minnesota since the beginning of this year, now with Covid-19 situation, my company allows people to work remotely until the end of the year. I'm planning to move to NY (where my family lives) and work from home until the end of the year. Based on all information I've researched so far, I know that I'll be filing state income taxes for both states because there is no reciprocity agreement from both states.

Since I have lived and worked in MN for 10 months, do I file a resident tax return for those 10 months of MN tax + nonresident tax return for 2 months of MN tax, then another resident tax return for 2 month of NY tax?

If anyone is in my same situation or know the taxes implication of my case, could you please elaborate on taxes filing details? Also does TurboTax support this filing scenario too?

Thank you!

If you change your domicile (your main, permanent home) from MN to NY during 2020, you file as a part-year resident in each of the two states.  Your income as a MN resident is taxable by MN; your income as an NY resident is taxable by NY.  Since MN does not tax non-resident remote workers, you do not have to file a non-resident MN return for the portion of income you earn by working remotely from an NY location.
