I registered my c corp at Delaware, and doing business at MA. Does that mean I have to file both DE and MA state tax return? Since I only efiled DE tax return 2020, how can I file MA now? Thanks.

You should seek guidance from a tax professional familiar with state filing requirements.

However, generally, if you are doing business in MA, you are required to file a return.

Thanks.

But I still have some questions.

In the website it said

"Generally, all corporations operating in Massachusetts, both foreign and domestic, need to pay corporate excise tax. "

and" While only businesses that:

  • Receive gross receipts and sales greater than $100,000 annually, and
  • Generate all their net taxable income in Massachusetts

Are required to file electronically, we encourage all corporations to file online. Any business entity that pays federal taxes as a corporation is also taxable in Massachusetts as a corporation."

So far my business's gross receipts and sales less than $100,000, do I still have to file tax return?

Thanks

If your sales are less than $100,000, you do not have to file electronically
