Question

Multiple state filings

My employer deducted taxes for 2 states, CA and MN and I received 2 W-2's one for CA and one for MN. I always worked in CA in 2021 for the employer based in MN. The state wages (column 16) show the same amount for both W-2's. Looks like I have to file MN to recover the taxes mistakenly deducted. My question is in the turbotax, for MN earned income, should I enter 0?

Yes. Minnesota income should be $0 on the nonresident MN return so you can get all your withholding back.
