I live in Wisconsin and worked at a company in Wisconsin for just a few hours.  I was paid $48.88 total and they didn't withhold any federal or state taxes.  On the W-2, the company has an Illinois address.  Do I need to file in Illinois?

No, if you worked in Wisconsin, then any taxes owed will be paid to Wisconsin.  It does not matter that the company address is in Illinois if you did not work in Illinois.
