My 1095 a form has my address just wrong town an it's says I live in Texas state but I live in Arkansas an always have what do I do?

If you identify an error on your 1095-A, contact your State-based Marketplace or the Federally-facilitated Marketplace call center at 800-318-2596. Marketplace contact information can be found here.

Since a change in address would not affect your tax return, you can file with the information from your current Form 1095-A. You will not have to amend your tax return if you get a new 1095-A form.
