I want to know why my North Carolina state taxes has not been filed by TurboTax yet I paid to have them electronically filed when I file my federal taxes on your site Please help me with this issue

I don't know when you e-filed, but I do know that TurboTax had issues earlier in the season with delays in state forms availability. If forms weren't available, TT couldn't e-file your NC return.

You can, of course, still e-file your NC return as long as your federal return has been accepted. The instructions are in the TurboTax FAQ linked below.
