My employer took taxes out of me for Madison in 2017 now the state of Ohio wants me to pay it. I never lived in that county nor has my children ever attended this school district. How do I stop them f

How do I stop them from charging me and taking my money?

1. Why did your employer withhold money for Madison if you never lived or worked there?

2. Why does the state of Ohio want you pay this money that your employer should have already paid?
