My husband worked in Maryland, and has to file state taxes. I live in Florida and it is assuming I lived with him, how do I fix this?

It is not actually assuming you lived with him, your name is listed on the return since you are his spouse. 

However, you can verify that it is entered correctly by following the steps below:

1. Log back into your return and select the Personal Info tab and select Edit beside your husband's name. You will then scroll to Number 2 and select No he did not live in another state (see screenshot-you may need to click it to enlarge it)
2. Continue through the questions until you come back to the Personal Info Summary screen. Then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Edit beside Other State Income (see screenshot). 
3. On the next screen, (see screenshot) you will enter the other state information and whether or not he lived in that state.
