To delete a form in TurboTax online Open or continue your return in TurboTax. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.All of your State forms are after the Federal forms towards the bottom of the page.

My PA state return keeps asking for D-71 info and I do not have any acquisitions prior to 1971. How do I eliminate this form?
