Question

My payer's state is wrong. It is automatically filled as NJ but it Is DE. and I am not able to change it so I can not complete my refund process.

what should I do?

    Not sure which form you are dealing with......you didn't say.

    BUT

    1)  IF using the Desktop software, you could switch to Forms Mode and edit it there.

    2) IF using Online or Desktop software, and you uploaded the forms as a picture or a PDF file....just DON'T do that.  Delete the form and re-enter it manually. 

    Some forms (like 1099-INT or-DIV) don't require a payer address.

    Thank you for your response, yes it is 1099 int form. I doesn’t ask for address but at the end it Shows payer adress automatically filled as NJ. And ask me to change the zip code. Zip code is DE that’s why they are not matching. I can not fix it ;((

    Delete that 1099-INT entirely and re-enter it manually, 

    Perhaps you are using an empty form that transferred in from last year.

    Don't use a pre-existing form.
