My son live in Philadelphia. His employer in NYC only withhold the Tax to NY. How do I file for the Philadelphia city wage tax (not the PA state Tax)?

My son live in Philadelphia. His employer in NYC only withhold the Tax to NY. How do I file for the Philadelphia city wage tax (not the PA state Tax)? I can figure out how to pay for the PA state Tax (PA-40), but I do not see on the PA-40 where to file for Philadelphia city wage tax for the income earned in NY. Please help! Thanks, --Li

The Philadelphia taxes are not included as part of the PA-40. You will need to go to the Philadelphia taxing authority site to file the local return.
