My state tax return is showing Business Income that is not on my Federal return and I can't get it to update.

You should be able to make any changes in the state interview section to update your state return.

As long as you have not mailed or filed your state return yet, you can do the following:

1. Sign in to TurboTax. 
2. You should be able to see Your Tax Returns & documents  
3. Select show here. 
4. Select 2020
5. Select Add a state

This will allow you to see your state return.  (You do not need to actually add a state, but this will allow you to access your existing state return.)

You will then be able to update your state return and electronically file it.  Be sure not to make any changes to the federal interview section to ensure everything matches what was already filed with the IRS.

I recommend reviewing the state interview screens carefully to ensure you answer all of the state specific questions to help you remove the income that should not be there.
