My state taxes are showing up as $0.

I believe you mean your state refund is showing as $0.00, but TurboTax indicated that you should have a state refund. In this case, you may have indicated that you want your refund to apply to next year's tax return. I suggest you go back through your state return and look for that option and make sure you answered the question correctly.

While working on your state tax return, do the following:

1. Choose Tax Tools from your left menu bar in TurboTax Online
2. Choose Tools
3. Choose View Tax Summary
