My taxes have me earning income from West Virginia in 2023 but i have not lived in west virgina since april of 2022

Did you have WV state income taxes withheld from you wages in 2023?

In the My Info section of the program where asked for your resident state, did you select a state other than WV and also indicate that you did not live in any other states in 2023 nor have income from any other states in 2023?

...or, do you have any special circumstances?

Like:

1) joined the military as a WV resident/HOR?

or

2)  A college student with parents living in WV, but you're going to colllege in another state?
