NC S Corp Tax Return

I lived in NC until July 2021 and Dissolved my S Corp in NC on 10-28-21.  I became a resident of FL in July 2021.   The S-Corp was organized and recognized in FL on 10-14-2021.  During my time in NC, the company had no assets, paid no monies to shareholders etc.   December of 2021, the FL S-Corp paid income to shareholders.

How do I handle the NC returns, so it shows that I was a resident until 10/2021 and received no income from the S-Corp during 2021?

Thank you

The corporation received no income whatsoever while you were an NC resident?

It appears as if this might be a simple matter of filing a final return for the corporation in NC (which would essentially be a zero return).
