My refund has been in stage 5 for almost 3 months - in March i got a letter from the state after filing requesting more info, so i sent it in, then i got another letter requesting a little more info a month later, and I've sent that info back to them as well about 2 weeks ago. I just checked to see if my refund was still in stage 5, but now it says it's in stage 2 again? I'm very confused. Why did it go backwards after all this time?
