Nebraska - School District / County Code not being accepted for the state return

I am encountering an issue that I haven't had before using TurboTax to file my state taxes. I am reaching a check for my School ID No., which on the form is listed as a "School District / County Code". I have not found a listing for Nebraska for 2023; however I have found the 2022 form (https://revenue.nebraska.gov/sites/revenue.nebraska.gov/files/doc/2022_School_Districts.pdf) which has the same code as the 2021 form for Douglas county - Omaha which would be the correct district for me.

However, when I supply that code (2828001) TurboTax reports that my return is "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing", with the stated reason of "A valid high school district code must be entered in order to electronically file this return".

This is the correct code. What I am doing wrong?

You should just need to select your County and then School District in that County. TurboTax will automatically fill in the number based on what you choose.
