Need a credit on my credit card for a state efiling charge

I had a continuous error in efiling my federal and state return.  I had to print them both out and mail them in to the federal and the state. I need a refund of $26.61

    I also need credit to my credit card for state efile that was not used. It was refused. I mailed state and fed myself. Please reply
