Question

Need help with employer state ID, keep getting an error. I live in Utah. Any suggestions?

Can anyone help with with the error for the UT state code?

    Yes...delete the entire number and then retype it....but end the final three letters in lower case!!!

     

    example: 11234567890wth

    ___________________

    Upper case "WTH" does not work.

     

    I think some other forms have different three final letters, but those must be lower case too....use what is shown for those letters..but lower case.
