Hello, I see my 2020 tax refund of $1680, on my turbo tax as I logged in to file for my tax this year, I did not get this refund back, what’s that mean?

That probably means the IRS is still processing your return. Did you get any refund, just for a different amount? Did you get any letters from the IRS? They would explain any delays or changes to your return processing.

You may be able to find more information by checking your account at this IRS portal.

Having said that, you can still complete your 2021 tax return in TurboTax.
