Hello, I need to file New York State back taxes for the year 2018 and 2020.

Does TurboTax do that? If so how much would it be?

Software is no longer available for 2018. As for the 2020 state return----did you use TT when you prepared your 2020 federal return? If so you could use the 2020 CD/download to prepare the 2020 state return to mail in. You need a full PC or Mac.

If you did not use TurboTax for your 2020 federal return then this is not where you want to try preparing a "stand alone" past year state return.

You might need to seek local paid tax help.
