New Hampshire Business Profit Tax for Rental Income

I own three rental properties in NH. Do I need to pay the State BPT? TurboTax messaging in the state tax return says (bolded for emphasis):

Based on what we know from your federal return, you probably don't need to file a New Hampshire return.
New Hampshire requires a tax return only if you had taxable interest or dividend income of more than $2,400 or $4,800 (if filing jointly) or had business income over $50,000.

My gross rental income was over $50K. My choices in TurboTax, don't seem to allow me to complete the state return, but I thought I had to if the gross income (not net) was over $50K. "Probably" concerns me. How can I know for sure?

You can call the state and ask them. Call (603) 230-5920

    The website states this:

Every business organization, organized for gain or profit carrying on business activity within the state is subject to this tax.  However, organizations with $50,000 or less of gross receipts from all their activities are not required to file a return.

I have the same question. If anyone has a definitive answer on this - it would be great!
