New Mexico State Return still Pending

I completed my Federal and New Mexico State Return on Feb. 25th and efiled them through TurboTax. My Federal Return was accepted within a couple of hours, however, my New Mexico State Return is still pending. Is there a problem with my return or how can I find out why it has been pending for 8 days. We are not expecting a refund this year on the New Mexico tax.

It's not uncommon for state returns to take a little longer than the Federal returns to be accepted. If you went through the entire return and got a message that your return was successfully filed, you should not have to do anything else. To track the status of your state return, please click here.
