NH State Taxes Missed Filing for 2021, 2022 - Please Help

When i utilized turbo-tax for 2021 and 2022 filing the software indicated that based on my federal taxes that a form DP-10 did not need to be filed, however - if i elected to continue it actually shows me that there are taxes due.  Unfortunately - i didnt take that path with the easy step in the two prior years - seems like TT should not have flashed up that statement.

In any case - can anyone help me understand how i can go and file NH state taxes for those previous years.  Can i use TurboTax 2022 and Turbo Tax 2021 for those states and will it compute the penalties correctly?

For NH i think i need to file DP-10 and DP-2210/2220.  Not quite sure how to compute the interest manually as the instructions are quite difficult to comprehend.

Any help you can offer would be great.

Yes, you can use the software to prepare 2021 and 2022. I would not expect the software to correctly calculate a 2024 penalty on a prior year return. Instead, I recommend you file the return, pay any amount due and let the state send you a letter with the penalty. If you want to pay extra, you can. Any overage will end up applied or refunded.
