For four years I received W-2's from a former employer based in NY.  I received my last W-2 from the employer in 2018. I was and remain a resident of MA. Do I need to continue to file a NY non-resident state tax form as I no longer have NY income?

If you are a non-resident of New York and you have no New York-source income, you do not have to file a New York tax return.
