I worked in FL for 5 months in 2020 as a 1099 contractor. I stayed with a friend and kept my residence in AL. Do I count that income on my AL State Taxes?

Yes.  Your resident state taxes all of your income no matter where you earn it.  Florida does not tax your income earned there, but Alabama still does.
