Noncovered Bond Adjustments? Where do I put this on my tax form and what does it mean?

Looking at my 1099-INT tax document, I have a section that lists "Noncovered Bond Adjustments" on the left column, then the $ amount. Above that amount, it is also called "Noncovered Bond Premium." What do these terms mean, and which box do I put that information in?

Yes, this is taxable. This should be reported in Box 11 of your 1099 INT.
