None of the examples for the adjustments apply to me, so do I ignore this form?

We had distributions from 2 retirement accounts, and we paid both fed and CA state taxes, how would these adjustments affect me?

    If none of the adjustments apply, then you can ignore that section. CA taxes most retirement income except Social Security and a few exceptions. See Taxes and Your Pension.
