north carolina taxes

why can I not down load NC taxes ?

Log back into your TurboTax desktop product.

Select your tax file.
Select the State Taxes tab
At the bottom of the form, you should see a button that says Get another state. Click this button to add North Carolina.

If you have already loaded the North Carolina software, you should be able to select Edit to the right of the state name.

If you are still having issues, you can contact us for assistance by clicking the Help button on the top menu bar.

Then select TurboTax Help Center.
A popup window will pop up and allow you to type in a search or ask for help.
Once you type in your information here, you will also be prompted to have someone call you if needed on the next screen. You will need to enter your information in this section.
