Not Eligible for e-filing state using TT Business

I am getting this error. I am using TT Business for the state of Maryland.

I have seen some posts to remove a zero entry to blank that should fix the problem. However, I cannot find it TT business the suggested entry of zero in my return.

Yes, I downloaded the Partnerships for Maryland tax return. From the link you gave me, I found 2 unsupported files.
Form EL101B Income Tax Declaration for Business Electronic Filing available but unsupported.

And
Form EL101B Income Tax Payment Voucher for Business Electronic Filers available but unsupported.

I e-files 2 other Partnerships companies with no problems, TT did not ask me to use form EL102B. The only different with this company, it is a short year filing, and also last year filing since it was sold. The short year is 1/1/2023 to 2/16/2023. For some reason TT business gave me due date to file by 5/15/2023, not 4/15/2024 as expected. It is exactly 3 moths after the end of the short year. I of course could not have filed in 2023.

Having the same or similar problem e-filing with TT H&B in Massachusettes. I see posts from other states reporting it has been fixed, but I am using the latest update.

It would be great if the error message could single out what the "would-be" offending form is specifically so users can fix the problem if not more clearly articulate the defect.
