Turbo Tax says that I am receiving a penalty for underpayment or estimated taxes. Which I am doing neither. It is showing a large amount I will owe for State Taxes. There is no reason I would owe anything. I should be getting a small refund. We are also encountering the same problem on other family members trying to file their taxes on this program.
