NY State filing asked for old return information?

I am trying to complete my NY state tax filing. I was asked at some point to input my 2018 tax total and credits total. I accidentally input the incorrect information. I want to correct this but I can't seem to find the section where I'm able to input this information. Is there a way to go back to this section so I can correct it? I've tried going through my state filing several times but I can't find it. I have not filed yet.

    1. Go to your state tax return in Turbo Tax, if you are on a summary page, indicate you are going through NY again.
    2. After you have gone through the entries through your return, you should reach a screen that says underpayment penalty. Select continue
    3. Then it will ask if your income is from farming or fishing.  Say no
    4. the very next screen says "tell us about your 2018 return".
    5. If you can't find this screen, then it is because: You don't owe NY state tax or you selected skip when it asked you if you wanted NY state to calculate the penalty for you.
