Why is turbo tax producing NYS estimated tax vouchers when I am getting a refund?

    The vouchers are generated automatically based on details of your current tax return, but if you feel like they don't apply to your next year return you may disregard. 

     

    These may have been generated because it anticipates that you may owe taxes in the future based from credits you received this year, which you may not be able to claim in future years.
