I have to make an adjument on my NYS IT-360 line 15 but I have no idea where the number come from and how to make an adjument. What should I look at first to fill in the adjustment?

Line 15 shows federal income and city income. The numbers there come from a statement - similar to a worksheet - IT-360.1 Change of City Residency Status Statement.

First - Take a look through your forms and find the statement.

Second _ When you went through the city program, you listed your residency and allocated income so go back through that section.

Finally -You may want to check what you have listed on your w2.

To print or view your forms, including all worksheets:

In desktop, switch to Forms Mode.
For online:
1. On the left side, select Tax Tools
2. Select Print center
3. Select Print, save or preview this year's return
4. If you have not paid, select pay now.
