NYS Tax refund still says PENDING

I am having same issue. Federal accepted 02/12/21. NYS still pending as of this morning. 

my Federal was accepted on 2/13 and my state is also still pending 

Yes I am in the same situation...Federal was accepted and NYS still pending...

yes! my return was accepted 2/16 and still no refund!
